Day 1

Arrival at Barot

  • Upon arrival at the bus station, meet our representative and reach the campsite by 4 pm in the evening.
  • After having welcome tea and evening snacks, start your Barot Valley tour packages by exploring the valley.
  • Enjoy the leisure time visiting nearby places like Barot market, crop fields or you can take a peaceful walk amidst the cedar forest and spend some quality time near the Uhl river.
  • Head back to the campsite for dinner.
  • Enjoy the first campfire of your Barot Valley Packages and then head to your tent for a sound sleep.

Day 2

Trekking in Barot

  • Wake up and have breakfast, today we take you to Barot village.
  • Where you will witness the Himalayan culture which also challenges you for a short trek from the thick forest to Jalan Village.
  • After a halt, we will take you for Trout fishing, the most popular activity of Barot Valley tour package.
  • Reach back to the campsite for Lunch and relax for a little while.
  • Head to the Uhl river to experience various adventure activities offered by Barot valley tour package like river crossing, rock climbing and rappelling.
  • Return to the campsite, and spend the evening at your leisure.
  • After having dinner, enjoy the campfire and have an overnight stay.

Day 3

Departure

  • After having breakfast, check out from the campsite and enjoy the rest of the day on your own.
  • Return home with a bagful of memories as your Barot valley tour package come to an end.
  • Good Shoes (preferred waterproof).

  • Ear Muffs/Warmer.
  • Warm Cap and Gloves.

  • 30 days or more: 90% of the total Package Cost is refundable
  • 21-30 days: 75% of the total Package Cost is refundable
  • 11-20 days: 50% of the total Package Cost is refundable
  • Less than 10 days: No refund

We cannot pay any compensation, reimburse expenses, or cover losses for any amount or otherwise accept responsibility if as a result of circumstances beyond our control, we have to change your tour after booking, or we cannot supply your tour, as we had agreed, or you suffer any loss or damage of any description. When we refer to circumstances beyond our control, we mean any event that we could not foresee or avoid, even after taking all reasonable care. Such circumstances will usually include but are not limited to, war, the threat of war, airport closures, epidemic, natural or nuclear disaster, terrorist activity, civil unrest, industrial dispute, bad weather.

Advance Token Money and the remaining 05 days before the start of the trip.

  • Wearing gloves, masks, and carrying a sanitiser is mandatory otherwise there wouldn’t be an allowance to commend the trip/trek.
  • Members travelling should practice social distancing.
  • There shouldn’t be any travel records in the past 30 days.
  • If the trek/trip gets cancelled due to any pandemic or government’s order, there would be no refund instead the plan will get postponed.
  • If found with any of the COVID 19’s symptoms, the person will be immediately quarantined. In this case, as well, there wouldn’t be any refund.
  • Everyone travelling should have the ‘Arogya Setu App’ installed on their phones.

  • Any Kind of Drinks (Alcoholic, Mineral Water, Aerated).
  • Any Airfare/Train fare.
  • Services of the vehicle on leisure days and after finishing the sightseeing tour as per the Itinerary.
  • Heater charges in hotels.
